About me

My name is Maizie and I'm 18 years old trying to break into an art career. My dream is to create manga and become a published author whilst also creating art to sell. 

Ive recently started an Etsy shop (Hydrawngea) where I can sell digital downloads of my colouring pages. Im hoping to sell a physical colouring book very soon. I chose the name Hydrawngea because hydrangeas are my favourite flower and I like to draw.

I love to draw and paint with watercolours and indian ink. I mainly work on character designs and pretty illustrations. My style is heavily influenced by anime as its a style I've been drawing in since I was 12. Since then I've definitely improved on my anatomy and other influences such as semi realism and comic art have also shaped my style over time. 

Art is my main passion in life and I cant wait to see where it takes me.
